• One of the best Barre studios I've ever been to and I've been to a lot! I have never been a flexible person, after 8 weeks I could do the splits on both sides! My body looks strong and I feel strong. The staff are friendly and personable. I recommend this for all levels of fitness. Change you body now, you will see a difference!
