• The barre fitness class with Veronika as the instructor is the best and hardest barre class you will ever love. The 1 hr class is a low impact which focuses on repetitive moves to tone the muscles in all the major areas...seems, thighs, hips and abdomen. I especially love the structure and pace of the class and Mrs. Veronika is an excellent instructor! She really is the best and loves what she does and it is apparent that she is highly experienced in barre fitness.
