• The classes get too hot sometimes, not sure if there's AC, and the toilet paper is very thin (would be nice to actually feel like a belle when I use it)

• The environment is an uplifting place and I recommend it for anyone. It's a common place for uncommon individuals especially as a male. By going here it allows yourself especially in the opposite gender to let go of ego and allow to be vulnerable. I also like getting my ass kicked by a girl which is a plus.

• Excellent instruction, class formats, and methods. Studio cleanliness could be improved with sweeping between classes—hair collected on socks is pretty gross after some classes. Also, extra emphasis on starting classes on time. One instructor in particular is only putting equipment out 5 mins into class start time, and sometimes even ending early.

• Great friendly staff when you walk in the door, clean modern environment and the workout classes are great! I Have yet to go to class with out a great motivator/teacher! I always live sweaty and feeling like I received a great workout :)
