• I love Barre however I wouldn't necessarily recommend to anyone whohas back or knee issues as I have friends who find it hard on their body without being able to wear shoes. Two of my friends don't goanymore because they couldn't wear shoes 😔 That said, I have backissues and I love that the instructors always offer modified exercises. 👍🏻. Emily is simply the best!!!
