• Ashley was wonderfully motivating. The class was perfect for a Fit class, we worked muscles hard using the weights and body weight. She included small intervals of cardio. I love coming to the fit classes to use the weights a lot and work all of the muscles in the arms and chest (often chest and triceps are left out or there is just a huge focus on shoulders- but Ashley’s class did it ALL!!) and build strength. My daughter went to the childminding and they are wonderful as well. Love Barre Belle!
