• I gave it a 9 not a 10 as one member of our party of 4 had a bruised foot after the reflexology treatment that caused problems for days. My own experience was positive.

• Great relaxing foot massage but sometimes distracting with reception desk being so close to chairs and too much light/activity from outside. Eye masks would help the latter. But overall, lovely staff and top-notch service.
