• I had a really good experience. Last time I went there the receptionist was really bad but the therapist was amazing. This time the receptionist and therapist were both amazing! Super professional. So different from my experience last time. I feel like maybe they took my comment, which I left last time, seriously. I feel like I was heard, so it made the whole experience that much more enjoyable! I really love this therapist. She put such genuine care in her work. I feel so cared for which is unlike most massages where they are just providing a service in a non connective way. I also love the environment - the lighting, the decor, the aroma. Then music playlist was also excellent. It really feels like I walked into an oasis from the hussle bustle of downtown. Good work! This is now my fav massage place!
