• Spa was quiet & welcoming, clean & observing Covid best practices. Vaia was outstanding. I will be back. One thing though - I got an email after my service & then a text the day after (on a holiday!) and then this email...that’s 3 in a row. I know you need the feedback but I feel like I’m being hounded. It’s only 48hrs since my treatment & you've contacted me 3 times.
