The coaches are knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and always able to present multiple levels of an exercise to provide a unique, challenging experience for individuals on all fitness levels. The workouts are fun and ever changing. The other individuals who workout at BAREfit are welcoming, inclusive, and supportive. There is no other gym experience anywhere like this.
