The lady that did my wax was very professional but also very nice. For the type of waxing I got it was less painful than waxing I've had at another place. And she did a good job. It was as clean a wax as she could have gotten and she didn't cause any injuries of the skin (bruising, torn off layer of skin, burn from hot wax)
