I scheduled a visit with Traci. Arrived at my appointment to find out Traci left. I was upset because nobody decided to reach out to me as her client to inform me or for me to reschedule. However, there was an open waxer named Alexis! Alexis welcomed me as soon as she came into the room, she laughed and joked with me! She even asked me how low did I want to be cute. She was gentle and patient and Alexis also took her time! She made sure to go over it and even applied cooling wax. Leaving the appointment Alexis gained a new client (Sorry Tracy). She made me feel as if I was getting waxed by my bestfriend.
