I was coming from a bad experience at a nail salon , so was very afraid but it was Best experience ever! DIDN'T even hurt like I thought it would ! Receptionist was super nice to my daughter (6 month old) and me and Alexis was amazing , super sweet, kept talking to me to distract me and very nice to my daughter as well, major plus for me.!!! I recommend everybody to go here going forward
