• Clean facility, ease of setting up appts (when you call), customer service, comfy rooms and gracious kind technicians. Feels like a spa which other wax places have fallen way off, any personal service should feel like pampering, not a grocery store run.

• Ebony was awesome. She addressed the redness from my face. Also, she is very kind and professional. Furthermore, the front desk lady is very sweet and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place.
