• My clinician is great!!! After waxing she asks me to look and see if there is anything I'd like. This gives me opportunity to see from a different position those hair that are difficult to find or the ones that broke off.

• My esthetician, Emma, has excellent bedside manner and is so professional. I always enjoy my sessions with her. The receptionist also greeted me so nicely when I came in and offered me beverages while I waited. The location is really close to my home so that's a plus. Also, I was given a discount for a cancelled visit from the week before, which is an appreciated gesture (they didn't have to do that). Overall great services and service.
