• My aesthetician was very kind, professional, and polite. She asked me what skin issues, if any, I was most concerned about and wanted to be addressed during my facial. She explained which products she would use and why she felt those were the best products for me and my skin type. After the initial conversation so she would know what I wanted and expected from my facial, I was able to totally relax and enjoy being pampered with purpose. I honestly can't say enough good things about Bare Necessities. I've been a loyal customer since they opened their first location on Richmond. I happily drive into Houston from Katy for my facials and waxing appointments, (even though there are many, many places much closer), because they genuinely care about their clients. I know that I will always receive excellent service, I will be listened to regarding my expectations for that day's session, plus I love the little things they do to always make me feel very, very special.
