• Jess is excellent at what she does and friendly, the spa runs on time and is easy to book, and the location is easy and close to my house. I also really like how Jess does not do any "hard sell" on products. I do not like it when I am going for a service, and the technician pushes products, making me feel pressured to buy the spa products.
