• My aesthetician is amazing. I score Megan at 10. I don't like what I'm experiencing at the front desk. Most recently I purchased two products that Megan recommended had sold to me, but yet on the receipt, Megan didn't get credit for it and I did call that out to her yesterday during my facial. You see I work commission and I'm in sales and I'm very sensitive to the fact that the person who sold it to me was not getting the sale and somebody just ringing it up because that's her job to bring things up goes home with the commission. Secondly, I booked my facial on a Wednesday where I could receive 25% off in your sign is in the entrance area. I go to check out. She doesn't take the 25% off. I ask her about it and then she says oh yeah you can have 25% off. So I felt like I was being taken advantage of. The front desk is the reason why I scored you at nine. I love your eminence products. I love your therapist. I love the cleanliness, but the antics of the front desk is just rubbed me very wrong.
