• I got exactly what I wanted in a waxing, despite coming in not knowing exactly what I wanted. A very nice job, not intolerably painful. I was nervous, having not been waxed in a while and having had a very bad prior experience. I was a bit of an oversharing, babbling idiot, but Diana ended up making me feel perfectly comfortable.
