• Jess did my wax and she was awesome! The 10 is for Jess. Diana did my facial and I would give her a 7. It felt like I just got a good face massage. I still had blackheads and whiteheads afterwards. She got product on my eyelashes, which I found out on the drive home when it got in my eye.
