Cozy home studio feeling, excellent teaching, no-ego atmosphere!
I tried 2 classes both of them very good. First class I had great experience the teacher was very easy to follow over the web. 2nd teacher I had a difficult time following poses over the web as she as moving front and back of the mat. And got confused often w right and left😔 otherwise connection etc worked very well
I feel very supported in my practice and BFPY always has a class I want to go to in a day.
