It has been super simple to sign up for classes and get on with Zoom, the price is right, and the instructors have been terrific - I have felt amazing after each class I have done as the progression of moves throughout the classes has been beautifully coordinated!!
Cara was awesome; great pacing and perfect form-related tips. I just love you all in general. Maggie's classes are so amazing, and I love how readily available y'all have been during Covid (I'm a classpass user).
Enjoyed the park practice. Convenient location and time.
