This is a fantastic community of yogis tucked in to the West Loop. The studio is clean, friendly and welcoming of all ability levels. The instructors are very knowledgeable and make you feel like you belong the moment you want in the door.
Best yoga studio I've been to in the city! Teachers are very well trained, it's an incredibly inclusive studio, and I've learned a lot and feel my technique has gotten much better since a year ago when I joined the studio. Maggie Umberger is one of my favorite instructors too - she's so welcoming and her classes are so well thought out!
I love the candlelight beats class that Audrey teaches! Everyone at bfpy is so nice and welcoming.
