• The aesthetician I booked was feeling under the weather and was note working. Instead of canceling my appointment, you contacted me (by phone and text) to see if I would be fine to go to another aesthetician, or if I would like to come in at an earlier time. I appreciated that I was notified right away and given some other options. The actual wax was quick with quality results as usual, and the aesthetician who waxed me was friendly and professional!

• Even though there seemed to be a scheduling error and I wasn't booked though I had confirmed a time day they fit me in before an event I had to go to in a very timely and efficient matter and everyone was so friendly and courteous I always have a quick, efficient and properly done wax when I leave.
