• Very pleased with the results of my wax and the customer service of everyone working

• Some of my friends like the more 'spa-like' experience so this wouldn't be for them. Also, beauticians don't leave the room while you get undressed so some friends may not feel happy about that. Some of the ceiling lights are a bit bright also when you're laying down having to look right up at them - has made my eyes water. Other than that, GREAT value for money and some lovely members of staff.
