Oh no 0Feb 13, 2024Previous reviewI just had a wonderful shave from this business and I left HIM a 5-star review. Although I just can't leave a review for the Bluffton Office without leaving a warning to avoid Michael Durant at all costs. We might have shared tales about the trips I took to Fenway as a kid but he greeted for my appointment with a fake smirk and an air of superiority that you just can't help but think he's been trying on since grade school.
I had neurological problems and the way he treated me was outrageous in a way that can NEVER be forgiven.
Give your business your patronage, but steer clear from this employee. The way he acted was so egregious, I've already got over 200 people from Moss Creek refusing to grace the Bluffton store while he is on the schedule!

Barbers has a very comfortable, friendly and laid back vibe paired with the highest quality professional barbers. I have always had a great experience there and can't imaging going anywhere else.

Today Jacob gave me one of the best hair and beard cuts that I've ever had. He removed roughly 6 inches of hair, gave me a great fade in the back, and was pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend Jacob and I will be seeing him again.
