• The nine is definitely due to my interactions with Janet she is always so amazing and kind and has such great knowledge about what she does and what is best for the client. I deducted a point due to how I have heard management speak to front office staff while clients are there in war shot. It comes off rude. I imagine this is why there is turnover. There is always a new receptionist each time which is every six-eight weeks.
