• Very little wait time, Michelle explained every step of my facial to me as we were going through it and she also asked me before a facial about my skin care routine. She genuinely seemed interested so she could give me the most customized facial for the results that I'm looking for. She also was not pushy about me purchasing anything else which I really appreciated and gave me a true recommendation of how often I should be doing facials. I asked her about the dermatology clinic and she also gave me recommendations. Lastly, I love the way my face felt after the facial and also the day after.
