From the moment I walked in, the staff ( front desk michelle) was welcoming and professional. The clinic had a clean and calming atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. The skin care professional Michelle was knowledgeable and attentive. She took the time to understand my specific skin concerns and provided personalized recommendations. Throughout the treatment, she explained each step and made sure I was comfortable. I appreciated her expertise and gentle approach.
