• The positives: The Gentleman who gave me Massage Taught me a good stretch for my back when he saw that I was in a lot of pain and it was very helpful. Maybe it would be helpful if the person giving you a massage would first ask you if There are any areas of concern in your body or if there are any areas that you specifically want them to pay attention to.
