David kicked ass. I had serious knots in my shoulders that I'd been trying to stretch out on my own - they were starting to affect my collarbone and chest. Really appreciate David going in and resolving those. I feel a lot of relief next day and my posture has legitimately improved because I can pull my shoulders back/stand up straighter.
