• I visited BAO Foot Spa for the second time and once again greatly enjoyed the experience. This is a traditional Chinese style message location. The message area is a dim quiet open room with reclining chairs built for message. I selected the 90 min foot and body. It started with my feet being placed in a warm water bucket while my head shoulders and arms were rubbeed. This was followed by a foot message. After you roll to you stomach for a back message. I had some deep shoulder and upper tension for weight lifting and they were able to work hard into all my trouble spots releasing the tension just as I desired. I plan to be back soon and would recommend!
