My instructor was absolutely lovely, I am a curvy Yogi, and sadly because of that I've had a lot of bad experiences going into yoga studios. Like most instructors underestimates my body's ability to practice yoga based on size. From walking in to the studio I was greeted with so much happiness and joy! No weird comments were made like if I was ready or asking if this was my first time doing yoga. Instructor was attentive, asked the other guests in the class if anyone had any ailments that she should be aware of. I do have past injuries so I greatly appreciate that! The class itself was both relaxing and grounding, but also energizing for the day! After class the instructor genuinely engaged with me about my life and seemed excited that I'll be joining the studio more often. Even my first phone call about a month ago when I signed up was amazing! I am so excited I found this studio.
