First aerial class with Lindsey was so fun, she made the new comers comfortable to explore and try things. Enjoyed a relaxed, fun-motivated environment.
Would of been a 10 but to be fair probs my fault I didn't know who to introduce myself too so didn't tell anyone it was my first time 😂 but had a great time can't wait for next week
Well rounded, challenging yet feel good practice, great instruction and knowledge of poses, good audio
We had a great experience in our private aerial yoga class, the studio was very welcoming and the instructor let us have fun while maintaining a yogic atmosphere. Would come back for sure!
