I was a guest from Nova Scotia. I was camping with lots of family during a heat wave. She guided us through a beautiful cooking yoga practice. Just what I needed.
Pro tip; she addressed each person by name before starting, including myself.
Very calm, welcoming and used beautiful kind language throughout the practice.
Also when she found out I was doing my practice outside and was only listening, not using video she used excellent verbiage and offered variations and suggestions.
Would highly recommend again
