I love the practice. Wish there were more live bodies in the early am classes.

I loved the teachers- Sophia, and the sound bath healer, Hugo- what a great combo! Even though Sophia was subbing and it was her first time teaching the aerial yin class, she did a great job, and it felt like she had been teaching for a long time. It has been my first aerial yin class using silks, but I've been practicing yoga for over a decade, so she was a natural at teaching with great energy. I loved Hugo's energy as well and wish I could practice with them more before I leave! I will be back during my next trip for sure.
