Class was really easy to follow. As a beginner I felt comfortable and capable to follow the moves to the best of my ability. Really lovely welcome into the practice. Will definitely be back
My instructor Hailey was warm and welcoming. She is clearly very knowledgeable, but even more important and impressive was how much she sincerely cares. I left much better than I arrived. It made a difference in my day. The opportunity to practice Aerial was such a treat. I am very thankful.
