Even from my living room, the core and cardio class is an excellent workout. I do miss the added challenge and the energy of a people-packed heated room, but I'm very grateful to be able to take these classes virtually until we are out of the woods with Covid.

Debbie, the owner, goes way above and beyond to make her Studio the best in the area. It is beyond clean !!!! Especially during this Covid period, she has provided her Yogi's with the safest practice ever. No Studio comes near the cleanliness, friendliness, and a total feeling of family !!!
