• The entire experience was great from getting a gift card to calling to use it. They were on time for my appointment and massage therapist spent a few moments getting to know me making the experience more relaxing and beneficial. The massage itself was great. Ethan did amazing and addressed the areas I asked. I'm a retired physical therapy assistant who specialized in manual interventions and honestly I was very good at what I did, so I'm very critical with what I accept. And the massage was very very good. I would request Ethan again in a heart beat. The spa was clean and well managed and front office staff was friendly and professional. So for me to give it a 10 you all really earned that. Thank you I will be back
