• I had an appointment scheduled for Friday, but something came up and I had to reschedule. The Ballaura staff did everything they could to accommodate me on Friday and I opted for Saturday. I appreciated their urgency in trying to rectify the situation. When I showed up on Saturday, I was greeted warmly and didn't have to wait long for my therapist. Kelsey did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable and kind. Overall, I had a 10/10 experience and would visit again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making my experience so wonderful and comfortable!
