• Because Jenny always shows her true concern for my welbeing by asking me if I have any discomfort in ant part of my body. When I do, she just massages it and pushes it out of existence.

• I have only seen Kelsey. Her beside manner is warm, attentive and genuinely friendly and her knowledge of the body's needs and reactions to different scenarios is exactly right! I feel very comfortable and safe sharing with her any issues I am having. The front office has been very warm and helpful also easy to talk with. I have recommend Kelsey to my friend just recently and she was pleased and also acknowledge the same things I mentioned and said "it's definitely worth going again!" She recommend another friend try Kelsey too! Overall, I have been very pleased and excited about continuing with Ballaura spa as my go to for making sure my body is being taken care of! Thanks 😊
