• From the moment we arrived we were pampered. Heated neck wrap, beverage, explanation of what was available to add to our experience. Everyone was very professional and explained everything clearly. Most of all, Doug was very kind, kept asking about my comfort level and was heaven sent. It was my 70th birthday and it was a perfect way to spend it!!
