• The front desk is always pleasant and attentive. I have had a massage once at your location but have been there several times for infared sauna.I appreciate the towel wrap, refreshing wipe, water, and electrolyte replacement pack. The environment is relaxing. I sometimes go to a place closer that is a few dollars cheaper for the infared sauna but after my last visit there where it is an issue with staff acknowledging me and have actually helped people that walked up after me and still not acknowledging me I have stood at their desk for 10+ minutes waiting for assistance.I decided I will not go back there. I would much rather drive an extra 10-12 mins and pay the extra money to come to Ballaura.
