• On first impressions, the space is wonderful and the hours are perfect for my work schedule. Angela was kind and accommodating from start to finish. She even double checked the ingredients on a product I was purchasing to make sure it would work for me! My experience with Hailey was fantastic. She communicated with me before, during, and after my massage to ensure that I knew what to expect for my service. She addressed my needs and was really attentive and sweet. I was extremely nervous after a less pleasant experience at another spa, and Hailey and Angela put me at ease. I will absolutely be returning to Ballura and recommending it to my friends!
