• Kelsey is a great massage therapist in how well she tailors her massage to what I need each time: she listens to where I'm at, and clearly knows what she's doing. She educates when I ask questions and has supplemental therapy suggestions for me in the interim. She also is great at setting me at ease both in the massage itself as well as conversation before or during if I initiate conversation. I always come away physically relaxed, and emotionally in a good place.

• The waiting area is a clean peace look. I was greeted by the woman at the reception desk. Asked if I wanted a neck warmer. The massage therapist was professional and provided a good massage.
