Lisa did a wonderful job! I felt like I was drudging through mud when I walked in the door. By the time I left, I felt light as air. My primary problem is the stiffness cause by my fibromyalgia. She didn't have to, but Lisa talked me through a lot of the muscles she was working and recommended a few stretches and target areas. It was an educational and relaxing visit. Thank you!
