Lisa was a warm and welcoming massage therapist. She was able to tell me all about Seattle, as I am from out of town. While her friendliness was fantastic, her skills as a therapist really stole the show. After a few brief questions about my back and shoulder pain, she was able to create a treatment session incorporating both traditional massage techniques as well as stretches that left me feel better than brand new. And the whole time she explained what muscles she was working on, what causes the pain, as well as what I could do on a daily basis to combat it. Easily the best experience I've ever had with massage therapy. Will be coming back.
