They were fast to get me an appointment for my last message and have a variety of ways to set an appointment, my first massage here I sent an email and didn't get a reply for a week but they were so apologetic that they gave me a free upgrade to a 90 minute massage at the 60 Minute intro amount, definitely great customer service and the reason I became a member
