  • I had an excellent deep tissue massage with Lisa. My neck has some issues and she worked on that and my whole body. The customer service is fantastic. This was my second visit to Ballard Wellness. They were able to accommodate my request by calling the therapist to schedule a 60 to 90 minute massage. I just joined their membership program. Judi D.
