  • Good staff, great trainers, excellent vision for the club.
  • I was very surprised with how it wasn't nearly as busy as I expected it to be at peak hours. I was also extremely impressed with the efficiency of which the space is used, amount of cables / cable attachments, and variety of equipment. My only complaint is I couldn't find a chest-supported t-bar row other than a landmine and the seated chest-supported row machine, and I also couldn't find an oscillating aerobar (aka: body blade, or wiggly stick lol) used for warming up stabilization muscles before pressing movements like bench press.
