  • Hattie Quick is the best trainer I've ever had. I've had many trainers in my life and she's the best! She remembers things about my body like sore wrists and tweaks I have and caters my workouts around them. She is very knowledgeable about working out, form, and thinks of modifications quickly and her exercises and approach is very effective. She's also super friendly and patient- she's the best!! :)
